Shipping Information
We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day after your order has been successfully placed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours, excluding holidays.
Once your order has shipped, most customers receive their packages within 3–5 business days, depending on the shipping destination and carrier transit times.
Please note:
- Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
We take great care in packaging every order to ensure that your parts arrive safely and in excellent condition.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may return the item within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the item price, minus any original shipping charges.
If you prefer, we are also happy to exchange the damaged merchandise for another item available on our website of equal or lesser value.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be reported within 30 days of purchase.
- The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can assist with the return or exchange process.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items to ensure safe delivery.
