Q. Shipping and Delivery:
A. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship. Keep in mind that choosing Express shipping does not mean your order will ship out that same day. Shipping time frames are as follows: First Class shipping time is 3 to 5 business days. Priority shipping is 2 to 3 business days, and Express shipping is 1 to 2 business days.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. We accept returns up to 30 days provided the item is in resalable condition with original packaging; at our sole discretion. If the return is received after 30 days it is not eligible for a refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, fill out our return form on the backside of the packing slip, and send it with your return to our address. Mail all returns to:

Q. How do I ship my parts to XDGunParts.com for gunsmithing?
A. Disassemble your firearm and send only the parts that XDGunParts will be gunsmithing. We will remove and reinstall sights at no additional cost. Non-serially controlled parts such as slides and barrels may be sent USPS to:

Q. Do you ship outside of the USA?
A. We do not ship outside the USA.

Q. What is your policy regarding shipping insurance claims?
A. If an item is lost/stolen/damaged or never arrives, XDGunParts.com, LLC will initiate a claim with the proper shipper. Due to U.S. Postal regulations, the customer may be required to take the damaged packaging into a local post office for inspection. If the item is claimed lost, the customer may be required to notify their local post office so the original claim, made by XDGunParts.com, LLC can be substantiated. If the item(s) was sent via U.S. Postal Service and the claim is over $49, there may be a 21 to 30 day wait for a refund. It is up to the sole discretion of the XDGunParts.com, LLC whether or not we will process your refund before we get reimbursed by the shipper. This depends on the circumstances of each occurrence. XDGunParts.com desires 100% satisfaction, so we will work with you if you work with us!

Please keep your packaging if there is damage; otherwise, we may NOT be able to make a claim.
